* Opting In/Out of SMS
Clients will see the following message when filling out their new client form, and must select from one of the two options below:

1: Yes, I agree to receive/send text messages with Shoreline Equine Veterinary Services, from their 231-740-3887 texting number. Message frequency varies and may include: appointment/service information, medication/order updates, and reminders.Opt out at any time by replying STOP to our texts. Request Help by texting HELP for further assistance, or you may contact us via email (office@shoreline-equinevet.com), or phone (231-861-1069). Standard text message fees may apply, based on your cell phone providers rates/plan. Message frequency varies based on the client initiated text request for appointments, medications or follow up questions. We will initiate text messages only to give updates on appointments or medications orders, or to request an update on a patient's status (if this is your preferred method of communication).

2: No, I do not want to receive texts from Shoreline Equine Veterinary Services staff. I understand that I will not be able to send them text messages, and communications will be done via phone call and email. At any time I can choose to text START to Shoreline Equine Veterinary Services texting number (231-740-3887) to opt in to messages.


Current clients may Opt in/out or get assistance at any time via email, phone, or by texting HELP (to get assistance), or STOP (to end messages ) or START (as their request to start SMS messaging services) to our 231-740-3887 texting number. 

All clients will receive a confirmation message (via the method they communicated their request for changes in texting /SMS services)  from Shoreline Equine Veterinary confirming any requested changes for SMS services.
